At House of Sifar, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to make it better.


Return/Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In their original packaging with all tags intact
  • In the same condition as delivered
  • Each order is eligible for return/exchange only once. Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.

    House of Sifar reserves the right to reject any request if the product does not meet the above conditions upon inspection.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is applicable only for size-related issues.
  • Exchanges are allowed one time only per order.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, you may exchange the product for a different item or opt for store credits. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
  • Exchanges are not applicable on international orders

Exchange Process

  • Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive an email from support@houseofsifar.in with further instructions to proceed with the exchange.
  • A ₹150 exchange fee is applicable (covers pickup, quality check and reshipping).
  • The fee must be paid within 24 hours of approval and payment proof must be shared via email.
  • Once exchange fee is paid, a reverse pickup will be scheduled.
  • Failure to complete payment within the given time may result in cancellation of the exchange request.
  • After successful pickup and quality check, the replacement product will be dispatched within 48–72 hours.

Return Process

  • Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your address (wherever serviceable).
  • All approved returns are issued as store credit(valid for 6 months) after deducting a ₹150 return processing and reverse-pickup fee.
  • The credit note will be sent via email/SMS as a digital gift card.

  • COD fees are non- refundable.
  • Refunds to the original payment method are not available at this time.
  • Returns are not available for international orders.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?

We’re truly sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue at support@houseofsifar.in or DM us on Instagram. We’ll resolve it quickly — either with a replacement or full store credit.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. For prepaid orders, we can issue a store credit or replace the item with another product of equal value.
