Shipping policy

At House of Sifar, we want every piece to reach you with care and on time.

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  
  
• Shipping Time: Once dispatched, delivery takes 1–3 days for metropolitan cities and 4–7 days for non-metropolitan locations. Delhi NCR orders usually arrive within 1–2 days. 
  
  
• Shipping Delays: We aim to deliver all orders on time; however, delays may occasionally occur due to factors like adverse weather, logistical challenges, or regional disruptions beyond our control.
  
  
• Shipping Charges:
  – Free shipping on all prepaid orders
  

  – A ₹99 COD handling charge applies to all Cash on Delivery orders. (This fee covers handling and payment processing costs)

• Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor its progress in real time.
  – Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update fully.
  
  
• Pincode Unserviceable? If your location is unserviceable, we’ll contact you to make alternate arrangements.
